1. How to Request Deletion
- Email info@awresports.com from the email address on your AWRE Sports account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- Include the name on the account so we can find it.
We may reply to confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting anything.
2. What We Delete
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile, including name, email address, phone number, and photo
- Your follows, favorites, and notification preferences
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- Videos and clips you uploaded that are not part of a team or venue recording
3. What We Keep
- Game video recorded by AWRE AIR systems belongs to the team, league, or venue that operates the camera and is not deleted with your account. To request removal of specific content involving you or a minor, say so in your email.
- Purchase and subscription records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, retained for up to 7 years.
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. Cancel them in your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.
4. Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you when your account has been deleted.
